1. All custom orders require a written confirmation of the purchase order before production can begin.

2. Custom orders are subject to 10%(+/-) quantity ordered, invoiced for actual quantity shipped.

3. Minimum quantities for custom orders vary, contact our Sales Department for details.

4. Custom products require 50% down prior to art approval. Orders will be shipped COD. Accounts may be set up with a credit application which gives 30-day billing.

5. Freight and handling charges are added to each order and are billed according to package weight and shipping method.

Standard shipping methods are US Mail or UPS Ground (our discretion). UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day, and Federal Express available upon request.

Mail Orders: Visa, MasterCard, COD, Certified Check or Money Order.
The use of Visa, MasterCard, or COD are recommended for fast shipment.

Wisconsin State Sales tax will be added to all shipments to Wisconsin addresses.

Contact Badgerland's Customer Service Department for Return Authorization Approval within 30 days of receipt of stock merchandise. Stock products ordered in error, are subject to a 10% restocking fee, payable by the customer. Returns must be shipped pre-paid. Custom made products are not returnable.

Claims for shortages must be reported within 30 days of receipt of order or shipment will be deemed complete.

We will replace without charge any product that is of poor material and/or workmanship that does not meet our quality standards. However, products are sold with the understanding that the user will determine the usability of our products. We will not be liable directly for any damages or loss of any sort as a result of the use or misuse of our products.
